蒜茸豆豉炒西籣花肉片

BROCCOLI PORK stir-fried in garlic black-bean sauce

材料

Ingredient

  1. 猪柳肉 ½ 磅
  2. 西籣花 1 磅
  3. 羗茸 1 茶匙
  4. 蒜茸 2 茶匙
  5. 油 2 湯匙

調味料

  1. 蒜茸豆豉醬 3 湯匙
  2. 糖 2 湯匙
  3. 豉油 1 茶匙
  4. 生粉 1 湯匙
  5. 水 1 湯匙
  1. 1/2 lb Pork Loin
  2. 1 lb Broccoli
  3. 1 tcp Ginger (finely chopped)
  4. 2 tsp Garlic (finely chopped)
  5. 2Tsp Oil

Seasoning

  1. 3 Tsp garlic and soy bean paste
  2. 2 Tsp Sugar
  3. 1 tcp Soy sauce
  4. 1 Tsp Corn Starch
  5. 1Tsp Water
製法
Method
  1. 用小碗將調味料混合備用
  2. 猪肉切薄片或 1 ½ 吋長條形 , 加入 ½ 份量調味料拌勻
  3. 西籣花切成 1 ½ 吋長塊狀
  4.  煲滾水約 2-3 碗 , 放入西籣花滾 1 分鐘 , 再浸入凍水中待冷 , 隔水備用
  5. 燒熱油, 加入羗茸蒜茸 , 煮約 30 秒 ,加入猪肉 , 煮至熟 ,加入西籣花炒勻 , 再加入剩餘 ½ 份量調味料煮滾 , 可上碟享用
  1. Mix well all items for seasoning with bowl
  2. Cut pork into slices or 1 1/2" threads; Add 1/2 part of seasoning and mix well
  3. Cut broccoli into 1 1/2" slices, length-wise.
  4. Boil 2-3 bowls of water; add broccoli and boil 1 min; then bathe broccoli in cold water to stop cooking; drain/set aside
  5. Heat oil in pan; add ginger and garlic mix; cook for 30 sec.; add pork and cook til hot; add broccoli; add remaining 1/2 seasoning mix; stir and mix hot; Plate, garnish and ENJOY
