醃猪肉醬汁
- 猪柳肉 ½ 磅
- 羗 2 片切碎粒
- 蒜 1 粒切幼粒
- 葱花 1 湯匙
- 油 2 湯匙
鱼香汁
- 辣椒醬 2 – 3 茶匙
- 醋 2 茶匙
- 酒 2 茶匙
- 老抽 1 茶匙
- 豉油 1 茶匙
- 糖 1 湯匙
- 胡椒粉 ¼ 茶匙
- 栗粉 1 茶匙加水 4 湯匙

Seasoning Sauce (SS)
- Pork Loin 1/2 lbs
- Ginger 2 slices; then chopped into small pieces.
- Garlic 1 piece; chopped into small pieces.
- Green onion; diced and make 1 Tsp ready for use.
Fish Flavored Sauce
- 2-3 tsp Chili Sauce
- 2 tsp Vinegar
- 2 tsp Cooking Wine
- 1 tsp Dark Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Soy Sauce
- 1 Tsp Sugar
- 1/4 tsp White pepper powder
- 1 tsp Corn Starch; add 4Tsp water.

Method |
- 猪肉切幼絲 , 加入醃猪肉醬汁 , 醃約 ½ 小時
- 鱼香汁混合備用
- 燒熱油 ,放入猪肉絲 , 不停翻炒至熟 , 加入羗 , 蒜 , 葱粒 , 再加入魚香汁 , 炒勻至滾 , 即可上碟享用

- Pork shredded; Add mix with SS sauce from above; Season for 1/2 hour.
- Mix Fish Flavored Sauce from above.
- Heat oil in frying pan; Add seasoned pork; Stir-fry til hot; Add ginger, garlic and green onion from above; then add Fish Flavored Sauce; Stir-fry til boiling hot; Now its done; Enjoy.
